“ We just keep coming back to this restaurant. Their soupless reman was so good and flavorful. You can mix it with their homemade umami vinegar or sesame in the bowl or just eat it by itself. There is instruction for you to learn how to enjoy the reman. The mogu chicken is the my favorite also. I just noticed there are 2 other locations. ”

“ If you love thick noodles, this is it! The noodles are thick and chewy. They have lots of mazemen choices on the menu with different spices and meat options. All of the mazemen are spicy, except for the Kyoto mazemen. For someone who cant eat spicy food, the spiciness is not too much and you might be able to handle it as long as you dont add more chili which you can order on the side for those who love spicy food. One unique thing I found was that you also get 23 spoons of rice on the side which you can mix to soak the leftover sauce after you finished the noodles. “ Weve been here several times and their dry ramen doesnt disappoint! We got the Vegan Tokyo Mazemen and all of the flavors just instantly melt into your mouth. The presentation is fantastic, service is professional, and environment is great. We also tried the mogu chucken and edamame and that didnt disappoint. Overall, one of the best dry ramens weve eaten, so highly recommend! ”
“ Cute little restaurant on the corner of a strip of businesses at the Costa Mesa location. Waited about 10 minutes for a table inside for 3 of us on a Sunday. 2 tables outside which is perfect for people to bring their dogs. I can confirm 2 dogs being at the outside tables We had Mogu Chicken Karaage, 2 Deluxe Mazemen, and 1 Curry Mazemen. My daughter didnt really like the Curry Mazemen because shes a fan of everything curry and the curry was so subtle so she was disappointed. My husband and I liked the Deluxe Mazemen, especially after tailoring the dish to our personal tastes with the vinegar and crushed sesame seeds at the table. The Mogu Karaage was delicious! Wish there was room for the Green tea cheesecake but they gave a novelty coin for the Gacha machine to win something and we won 20 off our next visit! Im excited to try other things on the menu next time! ”
“ Just wow! Incredible ramen, and I love the different ways to eat it. All three different ways has their own unique flavor profiles, and I simply loved all of them. Be aware the place is small, and youll need to go early unless you want a decent wait. Regardless, the food is well worth it. ”
“ Never tried this style of ramen. It was surprisingly tasty. Very flavorful. They recommend eating half of you bowl and adding their special vinegar sauce halfway through. They give you a small bowl of rice to finish any sauce remnants. Will be coming back if Im in the area. ”
“ I love this place! My favorites are the curry mazemen, LA style takoyaki, and mogu chicken. Its perfect to go and always delicious. The price is very reasonable as well. Its in a plaza with other businesses, and the parking lot isnt huge, but Ive never had trouble getting a spot. The staff arent the friendliest when I pick up my order, but its a short interaction. This is one of my goto places for easy, delicious takeout. ”
